Grinding Machine

Grinding Machine Working Principle

Mixer

Biaxial mixer structural features:

It mainly consists of chassis, screw shaft bearing, drive unit, piping, cover, chain cover, and other components, specific structural performance features are as follows:

1. A shell, the support of the biaxial mixer, is composed mainly of sheet metal and steel, welded at the factory molded, and assembled with other components. this phenomenon of ash flying outside and leakage is impossible because the shell is sealed tightly.

2. The main component of the biaxial mixer is screw shaft bearing which includes left and right rotation of the screw shaft, bearing block, bearing sleeve, bearing caps, gears, sprockets, oil cups, blades, and so on.

3. water pipes mainly consist of humidity over, fittings, and nozzle. Nozzle made of stainless steel is disposed of inside the mixer at the top of the casing and arranged along the axial direction of the screw shaft to form the curtain in order to humidify and mix the materials. Nozzle structure is simple and easy to replace with stainless steel, antiseptic and durable. you can adjust the moisture content of the wet ash Just by operating the manual control valve on the water supply pipes.

Feed Pellet Machine
